Absinthe is an eye-popping adult circus that combines burlesque, cabaret, comedy and acrobatics with the glitz of Las Vegas. Playing at Caesars Palace and perfect for audiences who think they’ve seen it all, the show is hosted by the filthy rich (and plain filthy) Gazillionaire. Named “the No. 1 greatest show in Las Vegas history” by Las Vegas Weekly, Absinthe promises the ultimate adult playground experience on the most intimate stage the Strip has to offer. Absinthe plays seven nights a week under its red-and-white striped tent and runs 80 minutes with no intermission.

The Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace

Getting there

Absinthe is situated within The Spiegeltent, which is located inside the Green Fairy Garden at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. The Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace is easily accessible via Interstate 15. Parking is available at Caesars Palace. Valet and self-parking fees can be viewed here.

*There is no free parking at or near the The Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace.

You can reach The Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace by city and regional bus. The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) runs the Deuce on The Strip line, a 24-hour line that operates between the South Strip Transit Terminal and the Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas. The Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace is located off the Caesars Palace bus stop.

The Las Vegas Monorail operates between the SAHARA Las Vegas Station and the MGM Grand Station. The Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace is accessible at the Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station.

Absinthe performs 16 shows a week at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, with performances Sunday through Thursday at 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. PT and Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m. and 11 p.m. PT.

Attendees can purchase three different VIP experiences for Absinthe. VIP packages include perks such as:

  • Premium seating for 2 with an elevated view of the Absinthe stage
  • Roundtrip Rolls Royce transportation to and from the show*
  • An open bar throughout the show**
  • Dedicated VIP service including a perfectly chilled bottle of Champagne uncorked upon your arrival**

Absinthe is for audiences 18 and above.

Yes, Absinthe serves tater tots and burgers from No Pants. You can see the full No Pants menu on the Caesars website.

Audiences can visit Absinthe's speakeasy called the Pier 17 Yacht Club, which has both indoor and outdoor seating. Savor expertly-crafted cocktails and indulge in an order of Yacht Tots — yes, they put caviar on their tots — before the show starts.

    Walked out of the show. It is not a big, fancy, well-done production. If you have seen all the amazing shows in Vegas and want something very average, then go for it. The venue was like a barn (a tent to be exact). The stage was small, the actors were average, and it was not worth $75. I am very disappointed that our hotel recommended this show. If you like shows like Love, Elvis, Celine, Jersey Boys, you will NOT care for this show at all. We walked about about half way thru.

    This was one of the best shows that I have ever seen. It was amazing. It was funny, it was exciting, it was crude, it made me beg for more. I would see it again and again! So much fun from start to finish. Never a dull moment! My wife loved every second of it as well. We could not stop talking about it. Will see it again!

    The tent is amazing except the mirrored poles can get in the way of viewing. Because the venue is small you see the acts up close and sweaty. These people work so hard and are just wonderful. This is a lot of raunchy fun and not for the faint of ear. My only complaint is the chairs were horribly uncomfortable.

    I just saw this show and I cannot stop talking about it! All my friends loved it as well. its funny, entertaining and the performers are incredible!!! I am going to have to watch this again before it leaves. It makes me feel like i'm back in the 1920's. super awesome show.

    We had a great time at Absinthe. I rated it 5 stars in the context of what it is. It is funny, campy, and raunchy. It is not for people easily offended by bad language and non-politically correct jokes. The "circus" acts are excellent, but it is not a "slick" production by today's "standards." It is a throwback to old-time vaudeville. If you decide to go after reading this review, you should have a great time!

    This show was amazing. Very small venue (in a tent) which made it so there is not one bad seat in the tent. A MUST SEE!!!

    Overall, a fun show. Good audience participation and the acts were good. The dialogue was very racy but the acts themselves were fairly tame. Not a bad thing but was just expecting more risque acts given the marketing as an x-rated take-off on cirque. Bottom line though is that it was a very fun show and I would recommend it to someone who is not easily offended by raunchy dialogue.

    Absinthe was a lot of fun! Very funny and the acts were Amazing!! We were disappointed that the show was very late getting started. There is also no where to go to get out of the cold while we were waiting. It would have been nice to have had some patio heaters outside as well as some food vendors with the bar!
