Citizens House of Blues box office opens 1 (one) hour prior to doors open on show days only. Tickets may be purchased at Paradise Rock Club, Mon Fri, 12pm 6pm or online at Ticketmaster.com

Will call opens at the box office 1 hour prior to door time. Customer must bring their valid photo ID, confirmation number, and credit card that was used for purchase to pick up tickets. Name on ID must match the credit card used. You may not pick up tickets for someone else.

Citizens House of Blues is wheelchair accessible. Please note that is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guests Companion, to use tickets for accessible seating locations (unless seats have been released for general seating). Its encouraged that guests who require accessible accommodations arrive 30 minutes prior to doors opening. Please call the box office to have your name added to the accessibility list for the show you are attending. Must have purchased a ticket for the show in advance

No bottles, cans, outside food or beverages (including alcohol), any item that can be used as a weapon. No dress code for concerts. Camera policy: personal cameras are allowed. Flash photography, video, and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Bags must not exceed a maximum size of 12" x6" x12". All bags, regardless of size, are subject to search by security. Lighters are not allowed in the venue and there is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed per the city of Boston Ordinances. Any smoking or vaping will result in IMMEDIATE EJECTION from the event. Any medication must be accompanied with proof of prescription. Other prohibited items: drug paraphernalia, weapons, knives, liquid containers, selfie sticks, tablets, laptops, Gang affiliated apparel or accessories including bandanas laser pointers, glass, candy or beaded jewelry, masks, glow sticks, toys, fury boots, etc. This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.
