About

Nickelback is one of the most commercially successful rock bands in history. Since the release of their breakthrough third album — 2001’s Silver Side Up — the Canadian post-grunge rockers have sold over 50 million albums worldwide, with multiple Top 10 hits, four Grammy nominations, and 12 Juno Awards. Career-defining hits like “How You Remind Me,” “Photograph,” and “Rockstar” have made Nickelback a diamond-certified selling group, and the second best selling foreign act in the U.S. in the 2000s (behind only The Beatles). “How You Remind Me,” a No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100, was named the most-played song on U.S. radio (in any format) in the 2000s by Nielsen Soundscan. Since forming in 1995 in the town of Hanna in Alberta, Canada, the high-octane rockers have been on 12 consecutive sold-out world tours, playing to over 10 million fans worldwide.

  • Nickelback blew the roof off the Saddledome

by KrazyKatLady on 7/18/24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing concert. From start to finish the whole crowd was on their feet, belting out every lyric to every hit song they played. Chad was engaging, genuine and was clearly having fun. What a fantastic experience. One of, if not the best concert I have been to.

  • Gotta Love Our Alberta Boys

by Pappy on 7/17/24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

This concert was fantastic. Nickelback didn't disappoint. Fully charged atmosphere. We heard there was over 17,000 fans in attendance. We had great seats in section 108, row 11, seats 1 & 2. Thank you boys for a great evening.

  • Would give Chad Kroger my kidneys (plural)

    by S-dawg on 7/17/24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Literally best concert I’ve ever been to. They sound so good live I would give Chad both kidneys if it meant he could live forever

  • Has Never Disappointed! Spectacular!

by Andrea on 7/17/24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

I saw them 23 years ago, while my age may have changed and I've suffered from a debilitating depression due to family tragedy all this time, they found a way to bring out the young, happy woman that I was, even if it was just for a few hours! Their show, obviously, has changed over the years, but they have are just as sexy and amazing as they were all those years ago (especially Chad, who I've always had a crush on 😉!). I'm happy they made a young, 52 year old woman feel alive again!

  • ROCKED HARD

    by Tyvek15 on 7/17/24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Great night, both my fiancé and I had a blast and the entire stadium was going nuts the entire time, would definitely see them again no questions asked!

  • Great Show but short

    by Nick_99 on 7/17/24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

It was an excellent concert. The sound was very good, crowd started off a little quiet and reserved but they soon came alive. Nickelback played a lot of their hits but they have such a big catalog of music they could easily play for 2 hours. I believe they are a big enough band to easily play for 2 hours or even 2.5 hours.
