During the Saratoga Race Course meet, the Box Office located at Gate A is open 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday

Will call is located at the Gate A, B and C Box Office windows beginning at gate opening time through post time of the third to last race. Guests must present a valid photo ID. Please note, will call drop off is not permitted. If you need to get tickets to someone in your party, please forward/transfer the tickets electronically or hand out tickets in advance.

Convenient and safe NYRA parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the meetLimited Valet Service is available daily at the Clubhouse Gate off Nelson Ave. There is free parking available, on a first-come, first served basis, in the Yaddo and Flatlands lots. NYRA provides a free shuttle service from these lots to the track. Check back soon for 2017 prices. Valet Parking patrons enter through the Main Gate or the Ludlow Gate off Union Avenue and then proceed to Clubhouse Circle to have their car valet parked. Accessible parking available at Clubhouse and Grandstand. Applicable fees apply.

Accessible seating is located at several locations throughout the venue. Wheelchair access areas there are specially marked areas for wheelchairs only behind Reserved Seat Sections J (in the Clubhouse) and M (in the Grandstand).

Traditions/Courtesies/Rules Coolers are permitted in the backyard apron and Top of the Stretch areas only. Coolers are not permitted anywhere inside the building. No glass is permitted to be brought onto the premises. Coolers may contain plastic bottles or cans and are subject to search by NYRA Security personnel. Pop Up tents and umbrellas are restricted to the backyard area only. They are prohibited on the apron and by the Paddock. However if a Pop Up Tent or Umbrella in the backyard is blocking another patrons view of a TV monitor, tote board etc. then the obstruction must be removed. It is a long time race track tradition that you can reserve a bench seat with a newspaper or program. We ask that you respect this tradition but please be aware that our Security Personnel will not intercede in any debate regarding this matter. There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere inside the building including the reserved seats, box area and all dining areas.

Children (12 & under) are admitted free for general admission with accompanying parent/guardian. All children 3 years and older are required have a ticket for any reserved seating/hospitality area.
