Open Monday and Friday from 10AM to 4PM. On show days we will be open at 10AM.

Pick up tickets 2 hours prior to show. CUSTOMER MUST PRESENT THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE ORDER AND A PHOTO I.D. located at the Box Office adjacent to main gates. Internet & phone orders (with will call option selected) will be available for pickup beginning at approximately 2 hours prior to show time. Customer will be required to present photo id and actual credit card used to purchase tickets.
All parking lots are adjacent to Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at Virginia Beach. Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking at point of purchase. Limited spaces available in Premier Parking and VIP Parking.
