Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the box office. Do not forget to bring a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order. If you need to change the name on your tickets, you will need to reach out to Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800.653.8000. Unfortunately, guests are not able to leave tickets at Will Call for others to pick up. If you are meeting up with friends, we recommend arranging a time and place to hand off tickets directly. If tickets or passes are being left for you including Meet and Greet passes, backstage passes, press or media passes, or tickets from the tour or a promotional company, they will only be available at the box office. These items usually arrive close to door time, so please plan to pick them up then and not earlier. If your tickets or passes are not available yet, please reach out directly to the person who left them for you, as the box office is unable to contact tour staff on behalf of guests.

Fans will have access to several secure, staffed, and lighted parking options as well as a dedicated rideshare location. Fans can also hop on the brand-new Tram line that connects Uptown Entertainment District to the amphitheater. Pre-paid parking options are now available for a smooth arrival! Our venue is all ages, unless otherwise noted on a show. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a caregiver lap if they are located in the seats.
