A bit disappointing

Love Fred in Portlandia and Documentary Now! Hes great in everything. I love live music and while I am not a musician, so much of this was relative as I’m always at concerts and this was so relatable! My musician friend that came with me was dying! We had the best time. Cant wait to see it again!
It doesn’t matter what Fred talks about, he’s just naturally hilarious. It was a bonus to witness his musical talent and knowledge!
Took my 17 yr old daughter for her birthday and 40 minutes in we left because it was not funny. She said it was 2nd hand embarrassment it was that bad. Super disappointed as we are both huge fans of his from his SNL days.
Lots of Fun, laughed so hard and so much. It truly was a awesome time!
Fred put on an amazing show, couldn’t believe how fast time went by when they turned the house lights on. I surprised my wife for her birthday, left the kids with a babysitter. We were not disappointed. His blend of musical know-how and funny insights were really unique and hilarious. He also did an awesome job interacting with the audience. All around a really great show! Wish it was longer!
Fred Armisen is such a good performer, my fiance and I had just a good time! The show definitely caters to musicians, which we both are, and every joke warranted a laugh. We got to meet him afterwards and he was super down to earth. I will definitely see him again whenever he comes around!
My wife and I are huge fans of Fred Armisen and we happened to be in Philly the same weekend of his show at the Filmore. We were really looking forward to the show but were left pretty unsatisfied. Fred was only on stage for about an hour and as others have written, the bits were cobbled together without much thought. The guy counting time to songs was kind of a waste and the flag bit went nowhere. I would have much rather heard him do accents from around the US again. This was truly disappointing.
I saw Fred in Philadelphia--as expected, it was a super entertaining show that was appropriate for all ages :) I was also stoked that there wasn't an opener...we were able to get straight into the show. The audience was great as well and we even had a fun interactive portion at the end. Loved it!
Fred Armisen is so multitalented, blending comic wit and musical prowess into a wonderful show! His warmth and caring comes through as he engages with the audience making for an intimate feel to his show.
